More than 325 friends and supporters gathered Sunday, November 12, 2023, to learn that emotions are essential to being human. Dr. Robin Nusslock shed light on how emotions shape our life experiences, guide our life decisions, and mold our memories. Guests left with evidence-based strategies to optimize mental and physical wellbeing.
